You can use whichever printer you have on hand for the course. The formatting and printing methods taught in the course are the same for both water soluble and waterless transfers. If you only have an inkjet printer, you can start printing waterless transfers, and if later you want to get a laser printer, you can then print water soluble transfers. 

The course is taught in both PhotoShop and Canva so you can choose which software you’re most comfortable with. If you want to use PhotoShop but don’t have it, you can download a free trial from their site. If you want to use Canva, you only need the Free version.
